Roger Goodell made 30 Million dollars last year.
For someone who consistently fighting to take players pay away, it's pretty absurd that he makes 30 million dollars.
Is their an easier gig in America than NFL Commissioner, even when you screw up it's alright. I mean he screwed up with the lock out, he screwed up with the bounty gate, he screws up with inconsistency in player fines and suspensions, Screw a whole franchise up for the year and with the replacement refs and still gets paid a bunch. That's absurd.
I wish I could tell my boss, "Hey, I'm going to mess up 5 really big things this year, but am expecting my salary in full and bonus' all made" I would be fired on the spot. That's exactly what Goodell did. Anyne can be the commissioner of the sport, it is the most popular, so no matter how much you screw up you will always have viewership.
It's too bad Goodell is evil.

there was a good article on his pay on espn.com a few days ago. i believe that stern and selig make over $20 million as well. espn opined that his salary was a bargain relative to what the owners are making; in part to how he has run the nfl.
I guess for the owners it's really not a bad deal considering it would be just $937,500 a team.
I didn't know Stern made that much, I knew Selig was around $22 million, or is going to be making that soon or something.
How much does Scott b make?
I believe that goodell's salary was around $1 million and the rest was bonus/incentives. stern is guessed to make around $21 million, but i don't know if bonuses are included in his or selig's. bettman makes around $8 million.
and people complain about athletes' salaries. those are the guys that can't walk when they are 50.
