Another Sign Vick Staying With Eagles

CBS Sports insider Jason La Canfora reported that Michael Vick's contract was not headed for a "speedy conclusion." After Wednesday, the Eagles will owe Vick $3 million and, CBSSports.com's Mike Freeman confirms, Philly plans to keep Vick for now. Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer first reported the news that the Eagles had finalized the decision to hold onto Vick -- for now.

When Chip Kelly was hired a lot of us sat back and thought that could breathe new life into Vick. This could add a little more to that idea, but we can't go too far. This really just buys the Eagles time. They could still cut him and as long as someone picks him up and pays him more than $3 million they are off the hook (from what I understand).

I don't know what Vick has left in those legs, and I don't know if he can stay healthy, but it does at least intrigue me to see how it would workout.

Why doesn't kelly make up his mind and stop playing games with Vick. Either sign him or let him go and get on with his life with another team. I am sick of all these Vick haters in the world. The losers need to get a life. Buffalo would be lucky to get Vick. I would love for Vick to come to Cleveland, maybe they would finally win something.
