Rob Chudzinski's first head coaching job will be with the team he loved as a kid. Chudzinski, who spent the past two seasons as Carolina's offensive coordinator, has been hired by the Cleveland Browns as their sixth full-time coach since 1999.
Rumor has it that he is targeting Norv Turner as his offensive coordinator, which is probably a good idea since Turner is a much better coordinator than head coach. Chudzinski is from Ohio so he should be a pretty easy sell in the area, but the Browns have gone through so many coaches and are so far away from really being a good team that you just can't have too much faith in anyone sticking around very long.
